The Pentecostal Missionary Church of Christ (4th Watch), often shortened as the PMCC (4th Watch), is a "Christian church" based in the Philippines, founded in 1972 by Apostle Arsenio T. Ferriol. Their members are often called as ''4th Watchers''. Today, the church has established its presence not just in the Philippines, but in more than 60 countries and territories worldwide. The PMCC (4th Watch) is also active in mass media. They have a bilingual magazine called The Word, which is released every two months. They also have Surer Word magazine which is available in the United States by Bishop Jonathan Ferriol. They also have a television and radio program, called Oras ng Katotohanan (literally, ''Hour of Truth''). Another TV program, called the Surer Word, is being produced in the United States and is currently being aired on local US channels and via satellite. They also have their own radio stations, Life Radio in Lucena City, Quezon, in Santiago City and in Dagupan City. The PMCC (4th Watch) is also operating a chain of schools in the Philippines, the Maranatha Christian Academy (MCA). Most established local churches has an MCA campus. The school campus in Barangay Malagasang, Imus, is the largest of its campuses. Currently, only the Marikina campus, called the National Christian Life College, offers collegiate courses in education and information technology. Basic Beliefs The PMCC (4th Watch) church proclaims that they, if not one of the true churches, is the true church in the end-time. They believe in one God, The Father, from whom all things came and for whom we live... in one Lord Jesus Christ through whom all things came and through whom we live and in the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of truth who guides, teaches and reminds believers into all truth. They believe that the true church of Christ was founded on the day of the Pentecost and there is the continuing operation of the complete gifts of the Holy Spirit in the church today, including the office of Apostleship and other gifts of the Spirit as mentioned in the Scriptures for the perfection of the saints. They believe that the true church of Christ was founded with an evangelistic purpose that is to make disciples of all nations by preaching the Gospel of salvation, baptizing them, by immersion, in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit and by teaching those who are saved everything Jesus Christ Commanded. They believe that man's salvation is through the finished work of Jesus Christ demonstrated by his suffering, death and resurrection. And this salvation is attained by grace - not of works by any man or religion. They believe in the Bible as the inspired God's words and are therefore inerrant and infallible. That is the final authority on faith and morals for all men. They believe in the imminence of Christ's return in our time - the 4th watch. They do not believe in the practice of predicting the exact hour, day, month and year of His return.
